"You don't have to figure every next step out by yourself."

WHAT TO EXPECT
Every family comes to coaching with different questions, challenges, and goals.
Rather than following a rigid script, each session is tailored to what you need most right now.
We'll start by discussing what's happening right now, where you're feeling stuck, and what support you're looking for.
Together, you’ll sort urgent concerns from future concerns and focus on what matters most.
You’ll leave with practical next steps, strategies, resources, and guidance specific to your situation.
Instead of leaving with more information overload, you'll leave with a clearer direction and greater confidence.
"Sometimes one conversation can change how you see the entire journey."

QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING
If you’re wondering whether private coaching is the right next step, these answers can help you decide what kind of support fits your family best.
No. Private coaching with Nicole is parent coaching and educational support. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, clinical care, diagnosis, or crisis support.
You can use your session to talk through your family’s current challenge, including autism diagnosis overwhelm, school concerns, IEP preparation, routines, sensory needs, transitions, behavior questions, communication, family stress, or next-step decisions.
This one is important because IEPs, school services, sensory needs, routines, and parent support are common autism-parent needs. The CDC notes that autistic children may be eligible for school-based services such as IEPs or 504 plans, and autism resources frequently discuss sensory accommodations and family support needs.
No. Private coaching can be helpful whether your child has a diagnosis, you are waiting on an evaluation, or you are trying to better understand your child’s needs and what to do next.
Yes. Nicole can help you think through school concerns, organize your questions, and feel more prepared for conversations about your child’s needs. Private coaching does not replace legal or educational advocacy, but it can help you feel clearer and more confident going into the meeting.
Yes. Many parents use coaching to talk through daily routines, behavior concerns, emotional regulation, sensory needs, transitions, communication, and family stress. The goal is to help you identify practical next steps that fit your child and your home.
Yes. Your session includes a recording so you can revisit the conversation, guidance, and next steps later.
No. The Confident Path™ is a separate guided program. Private coaching is a one-on-one session for families who want personalized support for their specific situation.
Bring your main question, current challenge, or the decision you feel stuck on. You may also bring school notes, IEP questions, routine concerns, behavior questions, or anything you want help sorting through.
That is exactly what private coaching is designed for. You do not need to have everything organized before the session. Nicole will help you slow down, sort through what matters most, and identify the next right step.
